Before submitting: We work on vehicles model year 2010 and newer. We cannot install parts purchased or supplied by customers. We do not accept heavy-duty vehicles, semi-trucks, large vans or high-roof vans. Paintless dent repair (PDR) is not offered. For vehicle eligibility questions, call (702) 463-9330 before arranging transport.
Photos are optional. For a useful first look, upload a wider view of the damaged area, a close-up and another angle. You can attach up to three images, up to 10 MB each. Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG and WebP. For HEIC photos, save a JPG copy before uploading. A photo review may still need an in-person inspection.

We review requests and follow up during business hours, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific time. Requests sent after hours are reviewed when the shop reopens. Our team will review your vehicle details and photos and contact you about the next step. Submitting this form does not authorize repairs or confirm an appointment. Any preferred date is a request until the shop confirms it. We accept cash, check, wire transfer and Zelle; card payments are not accepted. Final repair scope and pricing may change after an in-person inspection, teardown, or discovery of hidden damage.
