Company vehicle or personal vehicle?
For a Chevrolet used for work, include the fleet or business contact, vehicle identification used by your company and the damaged area. Commercial authorization and billing arrangements should be agreed before repairs begin.
For a personal vehicle, the year, model and damage photos are a useful starting point. Our shop handles body and collision work within its vehicle-size limits; heavy-duty vehicles, semi-trucks, large vans and high-roof vans are excluded.

One of the biggest differences between a rushed repair and a proper one is how the vehicle comes together afterward.
Panels should sit evenly. Doors should close without resistance. Gaps between body parts should look consistent from one side to the other. These details are easy to overlook, but they are exactly what makes a repair feel right or wrong.

Collision Work That Goes Beyond the Surface
For Chevrolet collision damage, visible dents and broken panels may be only part of the repair scope. Inspection may identify affected attachments or additional damage behind the exterior panels.
