We use CCC ONE to document and manage repairs and communicate with insurance companies. Here is how to get started:
- Request a preliminary estimate with your vehicle details and optional damage photos.
- Discuss inspection findings, the proposed work and any additional authorization needed before repairs proceed.
- Ask about repair updates, rental coordination when needed, and pickup arrangements. Timing depends on the vehicle, damage, parts and required approvals.
Your insurer determines coverage. An online request does not authorize repairs or confirm an appointment.
