Fleet Collision Repair in Las Vegas
Omega Collision Center helps Las Vegas businesses and fleet managers arrange collision and auto body repairs for eligible company vehicles. Start with the vehicle details, visible damage and the person authorized to approve the work.
Which fleet vehicles can we consider?
We work on passenger vehicles and light-duty trucks, and can consider some medium-duty vehicles subject to size and type. We do not accept heavy-duty vehicles, semi-trucks, large vans or high-roof vans. Please call with the year, make, model and body type before arranging transport.
Our approximately 11,000-square-foot shop has five repair bays. We are an I-CAR Gold Class business. Eligibility and scheduling are confirmed individually; a fleet inquiry does not reserve capacity.
Repair scope and outside services
Services include collision repair, damaged panel repair or replacement, conventional dent repair, painting and refinishing, and frame and structural repair. We do not offer paintless dent repair.
Frame measurement uses a measuring bar. Wheel alignment is subcontracted to a nearby provider. For any vehicle-specific operation, ask us to identify the proposed work and whether an outside provider is involved before authorization.
What to send with a fleet inquiry
- Company name and the fleet manager or other approval contact.
- Vehicle year, make, model and body type, plus the unit number if useful.
- A description of the damage, current vehicle location and any driving concerns.
- Photos showing the affected area, a close-up and a second angle, when available.
- Any existing estimate, claim reference or required purchase-order process.
Use our free preliminary estimate request and put the fleet contact and authorization requirements in the damage description, or call (702) 463-9330. Please avoid including driver licenses, payment details or unrelated personal information.
Estimates, approval and communication
A photo estimate is preliminary. Inspection or teardown may reveal additional damage and change the parts, labor, price or schedule. Tell us who must receive the estimate and who may authorize repairs or changes. An online inquiry is not repair authorization or a confirmed appointment.
We can help with repair documentation and communication with an insurer about the repair findings. Coverage decisions remain with the insurer. Fleet billing, purchase orders and any other commercial terms are agreed individually; a network application does not establish an approved vendor relationship.
At intake, discuss the best contact method and any operational deadlines. Parts availability, additional findings and outside services can affect timing. We confirm expectations for the individual vehicle rather than promising a standard completion time.
Transportation and pickup
We can coordinate towing and help with rental arrangements. Availability, charges and authorization depend on the provider and the individual arrangement. Contact us before arranging a tow or rental.
At pickup, ask about the completed work, repair documentation and any follow-up concerns. Read our limited lifetime workmanship warranty and full terms. Parts and materials have separate manufacturer or supplier terms, and exclusions apply.
