Our Limited Lifetime Workmanship Warranty

Omega Collision Center offers a limited lifetime workmanship warranty for repairs described on the facility repair order, unless otherwise indicated. This page summarizes the written warranty and provides the full terms below.

The warranty addresses defects in workmanship under normal use. It begins when the vehicle is delivered, unless otherwise noted, and remains valid for as long as the owner at the time of repair owns the vehicle. It is not transferable.

Parts and materials are covered only by the applicable manufacturer or supplier warranty. Alignments are covered for thirty days. The lifetime workmanship coverage is not a lifetime guarantee for every part or service.

The written terms exclude damage from another accident, normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, external phenomena (Acts of God), industrial fallout and impact chipping. They also exclude repairs to rust, towing and customer transportation, and the listed tires, batteries, mechanical and electrical parts, wiper blades, oil, lubricants and air-conditioning recharge.

Liability under the written warranty is limited to correcting defects in workmanship, with the other limits stated in the full terms. Any exceptions indicated on the repair order still apply.

In order to obtain service under this warranty, bring the vehicle, a copy of the repair order, and a written explanation of concerns to Omega Collision Center Inc. If you need to obtain warranty service, or if a servicing problem arises, please feel free to speak with a member of management. Omega Collision Center Inc. reserves the right to make the first attempt to correct any repairs covered under this warranty.
